The wealth-slide bar allows to set the "wealth flag" of the current dataset. The wealth flags range from 1 (extremely poor) over 5 (average) to 10 (extremely rich). If the dataset is allowed for all price classes, set the flag to 0

A table-description can only be chosen by the generator, if its wealth-flag fits to the range defined for the "price class" in WinTavern.

A pickpocket item can only be chosen by the generator, if its wealth-flag fits to the range defined for the "wealth" of the table descriptions from which the "$DB" command is called.

The exact ranges for both cases are defined within the RPS.
